In this article, we will introduce you to client portals, an upgraded version of the Memberships area, offering a range of enhanced functionalities. Client portals not only include all the features of the Memberships area but also introduce new capabilities to provide an even better user experience.

Step 1: Accessing the Client Portals Feature


1. Log in to your FEA Create dashboard.
2. Locate the client portals section to explore this exciting new feature.

Step 2: Customizing the Login Page


1. Begin by customizing the login page for your client portals.
2. Add your own branding elements, such as an image and logo, to create a personalized login experience.
3. Modify the text and links on the login page to align with your business or brand messaging.

Step 3: Enhanced Security with Two-Factor Authentication


1. Ensure secure access for your users by enabling two-factor authentication.
2. Users can now log in using a secure code, providing an additional layer of security for their accounts.

Step 4: Exploring the Client Portal


1. After logging in, users will be directed to the new client portal area.
2. The client portal includes all the courses from the Memberships area, providing easy access for users to their enrolled courses.
3. Additionally, users can look forward to upcoming features such as communities, which will be available soon.
4. Explore the affiliate portal, which offers users an affiliate dashboard where they can view their affiliate stats, leads, customers, and commission payments.

Step 5: User Profile Editing


1. Users have the option to edit their profiles within the client portal.
2. They can update their personal information, such as their name, description, and profile picture.
3. Users can also set their time zone to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.

Client portals combine all the features of the Memberships area with additional functionalities, including customized login pages, two-factor authentication, access to communities (coming soon), and a dedicated affiliate portal.
