Client Portals in FEA Create give your customers a simple, branded space where they can log in and access everything they’ve purchased — like courses, memberships, invoices and contracts. They can also update their personal details and manage subscriptions.
Step 1: Where to find the Client Portal settings
In FEA Create, go to Create your offer in the main menu.
Click on Client Portal.
Then click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
This is where you can customise how your client portal looks and how it functions.
Step 2: Customise the branding, login page and other settings
In the Settings tab, you can:
Upload your logo – This appears on the login page and within the portal.
Choose your brand colours – These are used throughout the client portal.
Set a custom domain (optional) – Link the portal to a branded URL like
portal.yourwebsite.com
.Set the language – Choose the default language for the portal.
Manage email notifications – Decide whether clients receive login emails and other related updates.
Control app permissions – Choose whether clients can access the branded app, the GoKollab app or both.
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes.
Step 3: Explore the Client Portal
When your clients log in, they’ll land on their personal dashboard. From there, they can:
Access their courses – Any courses they’re enrolled in will appear here.
Join communities or memberships – If they’ve been added to any, they’ll show in the portal.
View invoices – Clients can see a record of their payments.
Access contracts – Any signed or pending documents will be available in one place.
This helps clients easily find everything related to their purchases.
Step 4: How clients can update their details and subscriptions
Clients can manage their own information inside the portal:
Click on their profile picture or initials in the top right corner.
Select Profile.
From here, they can:
Update their name, email or other details
Change their password
View and manage any active subscriptions
