Customizing the Visibility of Client Portal Apps in FEA Create

There are several areas to your Client Portal such as communities and courses

You may not use every feature in your FEA Create Client Portal so it can cause confusion to your customers.

This tutorial shows you how to control which apps are visible, helping you create a cleaner, more focused customer experience!

Step 1: Access Client Portal Settings

  • In FEA Create, head to Create your Offer > Client Portal > Settings

  • Select App Permissions

Step 2: Customize App Visibility

  • Choose the apps you want to show in the client portal by ticking the checkboxes next to them.

    • Communities

    • Courses

    • Affiliates

    • Billing & Subscription

    • Contracts

Step 3: Set a Default Landing Page

  • Scroll down and choose a default landing page for your clients, such as the Communities section, for a more tailored user experience.

Step 4: Save Settings

  • Don't forget to click Save Settings to save your changes!

Following these steps will help you customize your client portal on FEA Create, making it more user-friendly and personalized to your needs.
