Your client portal is the main hub where your customers can access online courses and membership community groups.

Customising the branding of your portal is a great way to make the space feel more professional and in line with your business. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to update your portal’s branding settings and also show you how to change the colour scheme of your community group.

Step 1: Access the Branding Settings

  1. Go to Create Your Offer, then Client Portal.

  2. Click Settings, then select the Branding tab.

Step 2: Add Your Branding Information

In the Branding tab, you can add:

  • Portal Name

  • Portal Description

  • Brand Colour (hex code or selection)

  • Favicon

  • Portal Image

  • Logo

  • Support Email

  • Copyright

Fill in all your branding details, then click Save Settings.

Step 3: Customise the Colour Scheme for Your Community Group

  1. Go to Communities, then Groups.

  2. Log in to your community group.

  3. Click Settings on the right-hand side.

  4. Select Themes

  5. Choose the colour scheme you’d like to use.

  6. Click Save.

Once you've saved your changes, your client portal and community group will be updated with your custom branding.
