If you're supporting people from different countries or want your client portal to reflect a different language, FEA Create makes it easy to change the language settings. You can update the language for all users, or users can change it just for themselves.
The client portal is where your customers can access their courses and membership community. You can change the language for everyone, and users can also change the language just for their own account. Here’s how to do both.
Change the Language for Everyone
Step 1: Go to Create Your Offer > Client Portal > Settings.
Step 2: Select Language Settings.
Step 3: Choose your preferred language from the list.
Step 4: Click Save.
This will update the language across the whole portal for all users.
Let Users Change the Language for Themselves
Your customers can also change the language just for their own account.
Step 1: After logging into the client portal, they should click their profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click Manage Your Account. This will open a new window.
Step 3: In the new window, go to Language Settings.
Step 4: Choose a language from the list.
Step 5: Click Save.
This will only change the language for their account.
That’s it! Now you and your users can view the client portal in the language that suits you best.
