Changing the Platform Language in FEA Create

Updated over a week ago

By adjusting the platform language, you can customize the information displayed within your dashboard. Additionally, we will cover the option to modify outbound communications sent to your users. Please note that while FEA Create currently offers a limited selection of languages for outbound communication, our platform is continually expanding its language options.

Step 1: Access the FEA Create Dashboard

To begin, log in to your FEA Create account and navigate to the dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Settings Area

Within the dashboard, locate and click on the "Settings" option.

Step 3: Access the Business Profile

In the settings menu, find and select the "Business Profile" section.

Step 4: Scroll Down to Language Platform

Scroll down the page until you reach the Language Platform setting.

Step 5: Select a Language

Choose your desired language from the available options. In this tutorial, we will use Italian as an example.

Step 6: Modify Outbound Communication (Optional)

If you wish to modify the language for outbound communication sent to your users, note that English and Spanish are currently the only available options.

Step 7: Update the Language Settings

After selecting your preferred language and modifying outbound communication settings (if desired), click on the "Update" button to save the changes.

Step 8: Wait for Changes to Take Effect

Please be patient as the language changes may take a few moments to apply. Refresh the page if necessary to see the updated language in your dashboard.

By customizing the platform language, you can navigate and interact with the dashboard in your preferred language. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to help you make the most of your FEA Create experience.
