In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the process of purchasing a phone number and setting up A2P confirmation in FEA Create. This will enable you to send text messages and make phone calls directly from the platform, eliminating the need to use third-party services like Twilio. Let's get started!

Understanding Phone Number Setup in FEA Create

Having a dedicated business phone number in FEA Create allows you to maintain professionalism and streamline communication with your clients without disclosing your personal number. Please note that purchasing a phone number incurs an additional cost, which is not included in your FEA Create subscription.

Additional Costs:

  • Purchasing your phone number: Aproximately $1 - $2 (can vary based on your country)

  • Outbound calling: $10 of credits allows you to make approximately 510 calls

  • Inbound calling: $10 of credits allows you to receive approxmiately 810 calls

  • SMS Messaging: $10 of credits allows you to send approximately 900 messages

Please note these charges may change based on your country and what number you are calling or messaging.

  • Your company billing is activated in the FEA Create dashboard.

  • You understand that setting up a phone number incurs additional costs.

Steps to Purchase a Phone Number:

  1. Access Company Settings:

    • Log in to your FEA Create account and navigate to the settings.

    • Go to "Company Billing" and ensure your card details are added.

  2. Purchase a Phone Number:

    • In the settings menu, select "Phone Numbers."

    • Click on the "+" icon to add a new number.

    • Proceed to buy the selected number, and the cost will be charged to your card.
