Pre - steps before you buy a Phone Number in FEA Create (Outside the US and Canada)
If you want to buy a phone number for your business in FEA Create, you may need to provide your address and upload some documents. This is required by law to make sure phone numbers are used correctly.
If you’ve tried to buy a number and received a message asking you to pick an address, this guide will help you through the steps.
Step 1: Add Your Address for Verification
Go to Settings in FEA Create.
Click on Phone Numbers and go to the Regulatory Bundle/Address tab.
Click the +Create button. A pop-up will appear.
Select Address Bundle, then click Next.
Fill in your business details:
Friendly Name: Your business name.
Customer Name: The name of the person responsible for the number.
Address Line: Your full street address (excluding country, state, city, and postal code).
Click Submit once all details are filled in.
Step 2: Create a Regulatory Bundle
Every phone number outside the US and Canada requires a Regulatory Bundle. Follow these steps:
Go to the Regulatory Bundle/Address tab in Settings > Phone Numbers
Click +Create and select Regulatory Bundle, then click Next.
Choose your country (e.g., Australia).
Select the type of number required (mobile is best for both SMS and voice calls), then click Next.
Upload the required documents for verification. These may include:
Business registration documents
A utility bill showing your address

What if I don’t see my address or bundle in the dropdown menu?
Your address and bundle must be approved before they appear in the list. Wait for approval and try again.
