Are you ready to grow your email list and engage with your audience? One effective way is to set up an email signup form on your FEA Create website. Follow this step-by-step guide to create a form tailored to your needs:

Step 1: Navigate to the Form Builder

  • Log in to your FEA Create dashboard.

  • Go to "Sites" and then hover over "Forms." Select "Builder."

Step 2: Duplicate the Lead Gen Opt-In Form Template

  • Locate the "Lead Gen Opt-In Form" template.

  • Click on the three dots to the right of the template.

  • Select "Duplicate" and name your form. Ensure a consistent naming structure for easy identification.

Step 3: Customize Your Form

  • Click on the duplicated form to start editing.

  • The form should be fairly basic. For a newsletter signup, include fields for first name and email. Customize according to your needs.

  • Add elements like phone numbers or additional questions if desired. Ensure GDPR compliance by using the provided terms and conditions tick box.

  • Make elements required by clicking on them.

Step 4: Add Additional Elements

  • Hover over "Quick Add" to add more elements to your form.

  • Drag and drop elements you need. Remove by clicking the 'X' if necessary.

Step 5: Customize Form Elements

  • Click on each form element to edit. Set labels, placeholders, and make necessary fields required.

  • Customize the terms and conditions text, ensuring the link redirects to your website's terms and conditions page.

Step 6: Customize the Form Button

  • Adjust the call-to-action text, subtext, and styling for your form button. Design options include background color, borders, padding, shadow, and font styles.

Step 7: Style Your Form

  • Click the two lines in the top right corner to access style options. Adjust the form's appearance, including alignment, labels, and themes.

Step 8: Save Your Changes

  • Once satisfied with your form's design, click "Save."

Step 9: Integration and Embedding

  • Use the form on your funnels or websites within FEA Create.

  • To embed the form elsewhere, go to "Integrate" and select the embedding option. This allows integration with platforms like WordPress.
