Step 1: Access the Form Builder
Log in to your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to "Sites" and then "Forms" and "Builder." Here, you'll find all the forms you've created and the "Add Form" button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Choose from Template
Click on the "Add Form" button, and you'll have the option to "Start from Scratch" or "Choose from Template." Select "Choose from Template" to explore the array of fantastic form templates available.
Step 3: Explore the Template Library
In the template library, you'll discover an impressive selection of forms suited for opt-ins, lead generation, newsletters, and more. Browse through the options and when you find the template that fits your needs, click "Select."
Step 4: Preview and Continue
A preview of the chosen form template will be shown. If it meets your requirements, click "Continue."
Step 5: Agree to Terms
To proceed with using the selected template, you'll be asked to agree to the terms. Click "Yes" to continue.
Step 6: Access and Edit the Form
Now, the form will be created and displayed in the form builder. If it doesn't appear instantly, give it a moment to load. Once visible, select the form to access the editor.
Step 7: Customize the Form
In the form editor, you can make the desired edits and customize different parts of the form to align it perfectly with your requirements.
Step 8: Save Your Form
After making all the necessary changes, click "Save Form" to save your newly customized form. You can now use it on your funnels and websites within the FEA Create platform.
Step 9: Optional: Integration and Embed Code
If you'd like to use the form on other platforms or integrate it as a pop-up, FEA Create offers flexibility. You can obtain the embed code and use the form wherever you choose.
