Creating a Challenge Funnel with FEA Create

A challenge funnel is a landing page where users sign up to participate in a free challenge that spans multiple days. By following a few simple steps, you can set up a form, landing page, thank you page, automation, and reminder emails to engage your audience and deliver an exceptional challenge experience. Let's get started!

Step 1. Access FEA Create Dashboard:

Log in to your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to the "Sites" section, then click on "Funnels." You'll find a pre-built challenge freebie funnel to simplify the process.

Step 2. Clone the Funnel:

To begin, make a copy of the pre-built challenge freebie funnel by clicking the three dots and selecting "Clone." This action duplicates the entire funnel for you to customize.

Step 3. Edit the Opt-in Form:

In the "Forms" section, locate the challenge freebie opt-in form and duplicate it. Customize the form by adding or modifying fields. Typically, capturing the first name and email address is sufficient for a challenge funnel.

Step 4. Customize the Opt-in Page:

In the funnel settings, find the opt-in page and click the edit button below it. Choose the "Edit in New Tab" option to avoid any browser issues. Personalize the title, images, background colors, and content by simply clicking and editing the respective elements. You can also add images from your library, use AI-generated images, or search for images on Unsplash or Pixabay.

Step 5. Set up the Form:

In the opt-in page, configure the form by selecting the "Pop-up" element. Within the pop-up settings, choose the newly created form and save the changes. Ensure the form's redirect action is set to "Go to Next Step."

Step 6. Customize the Thank You Page:

Navigate to the thank you page step in the funnel. Similar to the opt-in page, click the yellow button and choose "Edit in New Tab" to edit the page content. The thank you page should confirm the user's successful signup and provide details such as downloadable resources, links to join a Facebook group, and your social media channels. Customize the pre-built content to align with your challenge.

Step 7. Set up Email Automation:

To automate email communication, access the "Automation" section and go to "Workflows." Duplicate the existing "Fearless Challenge Opt-In" workflow and edit it. Set the trigger as the new form you created, assign it to the user, add a tag for tracking purposes, and save the workflow. Configure the email steps by setting the subject and connecting the marketing emails you've created. Ensure the workflow is published to activate it.

Step 8. Create Reminder Emails:

Reminder emails can be sent using campaigns. In the "Marketing" section, navigate to "Emails" and access the pre-designed templates available for challenge emails. Choose the relevant templates and select the tag assigned in the automation workflow to ensure targeted delivery. These emails serve as reminders and follow-ups throughout the challenge.

Step 9. Finalize and Launch:
