A wait list funnel is a great way to create some attraction for a new offer that you might have coming up. It is different from a lead gen funnel in the sense that it is specifically for a product or program that you are planning on launching in the next six weeks, for example.
Setting Up Your Wait List Funnel
FEA Create has already set up the wait list funnel for you, but you will need to make some changes to personalize it to your specific program. The wait list funnel has four parts, which are the form, the opt-in page, the thank you page, and the automation.
Creating Your Form
To create your form, navigate to the Forms section and select the wait list form. Make a copy of this form and then edit it to add the fields you need. You can change the button colors, text, name, and background style. Once you are done, select "Save Form."
Cloning Your Funnel
Navigate back to the Funnels section to clone the wait list funnel. This will enable you to keep the original funnel. From here, you can edit the join page.
Editing Your Join Page
The join page is a coming soon page that lets people know about new information that is coming through. You can change the image, footer area, and other elements to optimize the information and get more people to sign up. The join page is set up as a pop-up, so you will need to edit the pop-up to select the form you created. Make sure that your redirect action is set to go to the next step, which is the thank you page. Once you have made all the changes, click "Save."
Updating Your Thank You Page
The thank you page is a simpler page that gives people next steps. You can encourage them to join you on social media channels or a Facebook group. Once you have your form, opt-in page, and thank you page ready to go, you can set up your automation.
Setting Up Your Automation
FEA Create has created a wait list automation for you already. Clone the automation and edit it to set the trigger to form submitted and the filter to the wait list copy that you created. Add the tag for them and then edit your emails. You can use email templates or create your own beautiful emails. Once you have all the content ready, click "Save Action."
Publishing Your Wait List Funnel
When you are ready, turn your wait list funnel onto published and click "Save." Your wait list funnel is ready to go and will help you generate attraction for your new product or program in the next six weeks.
