Connecting your Gmail account to FEA Create means your emails will stay in sync. When you send an email from FEA Create, it will also appear in your Gmail sent folder. When someone replies, the response will show up in FEA Create too—keeping everything neat and connected.
Syncs Emails: Emails you send and receive are visible in both Gmail and FEA Create.
Tracks Conversations: Easily follow up with contacts by seeing your email history.
Applies Per User: Each person connects their own Gmail account.
How to Connect Your Gmail
Step 1: Open Settings
Click Settings in the left-hand menu.
Click My Profile.
Go to the General tab.
Scroll down to Email (2-Way Sync).
Choose Gmail Two-Way Sync and click Connect.
Step 2: Choose Your Gmail Account
Select the Gmail account you’d like to connect or log in with a new one.
Enter your email and password.
Step 3: Allow Access
Once you’ve done that, your Gmail account will be connected.
Start the Sync
To begin syncing, send an email to one of your contacts from inside FEA Create. That first message starts the sync process.
📌 Attachments need to be 25 MB or smaller.
Managing Your Gmail Connection
Switch Accounts: You can change which Gmail account is connected at any time.
Disconnect: You can also disconnect your Gmail whenever you like. This will stop the sync.
How the Sync Works
One-to-One Emails: Sent directly from your Gmail account.
Bulk Emails: Sent from your Gmail if your email is in the "From" field. If not, they’ll go from the system address.
Automations and Workflows: These will always send from the system address, not Gmail.
