Outlook email can currently only be used for 2-way sync in your CRM and will only work when the first email is send via the platform.

FEA Create offers a convenient feature that allows you to sync your Outlook email with the CRM, enabling seamless two-way communication. This article will explain the benefits of using Outlook email sync and guide you through the setup process.

Benefits of Outlook Email Sync:

  • With Outlook email sync, you can send and receive emails directly from the FEA Create platform within the contacts area.

  • All email conversations are captured and displayed in the contacts' profiles, providing a comprehensive view of your interactions.

  • The reply-to address for emails sent from the platform will show your personal email address, ensuring a more personalized communication experience.

Setting up Outlook Email Sync:

  • To set up Outlook email sync, navigate to the settings menu and select "Profile."

  • Scroll down to find the "Email Two-Way Sync" section.

  • Currently, this feature is only available for Outlook. Click the "Connect" button to proceed.

  • Log in with your Outlook email credentials and grant access to the FEA Create platform.

  • Once connected, the status of the sync will be displayed.

  • If needed, you can disconnect or update the sync by using the provided options.

Initiating Email Sync:

  • After setting up the Outlook email sync, you can initiate the email sync process by sending emails from the platform using your Outlook email address.

  • In a contact's profile, click on the "Send Email" option to compose a message.

  • The email will be sent from your Outlook email address, as indicated in the "From" field.

  • Any replies received from the recipient will be captured and displayed within the contact's profile, maintaining a record of the conversation history.

Important Considerations:

  • It's essential to note that emails sent directly to your Outlook address from external sources will not sync with FEA Create CRM.

  • However, when you initiate an email from the FEA Create platform using your Outlook email, the subsequent replies will sync and display within the CRM.
