FEA Create lets you connect your Outlook email directly to the CRM so you can send and receive emails all in one place. Every conversation is automatically saved in the right contact profile, making it easier to keep track of your interactions.
How Two-Way Sync Works
Emails sent from FEA Create will appear in your Outlook inbox and stay in sync.
Replies from your contacts will automatically show in FEA Create under their contact profile.
For new contacts, use the BCC address in your Outlook email. This creates a new contact in FEA Create and keeps the conversation in sync.
Emails from other users with access to your account won’t sync for privacy reasons.
Individual Emails: Uses your connected Outlook email as the sender.
Bulk Emails: If you enter your email in the "From" field, it will be used as the sender. If left blank, the platform’s email is used.
Workflows & Automations: Emails sent through workflows use the platform’s email and do not sync with your Outlook inbox.

Emails sent from the platform use your personal email address, keeping communication personal.
Setting Up Outlook Email Sync
Go to Settings > My Profile in FEA Create.
Scroll down to Email (2-way sync) and choose Outlook.
Click Connect and log in with your Outlook email.
Approve the permissions requested.
Once connected, the status will show in the Email (2-way sync) section.
Important Notes
Only emails sent from FEA Create or synced using BCC will appear in the platform.
Attachments up to 3 MB will sync. Supported file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, MP4, MPEG, ZIP, RAR, PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT.
Larger attachments will not sync.
Managing Your Connection
Update Email: Change the connected email without disconnecting. New emails will sync with the new address while older threads stop syncing.
Disconnect Email: Stops syncing. Emails will no longer sync between FEA Create and Outlook.
