Once you have requested, we will enable this on your account. After it has been enabled, you will need to add your billing details to your dashboard and your email service will be enabled within 48 hours.

FEA Create:
1) no set up required
2) credit-based pricing – you top up your credits and get charged $1 per 1000 emails
3) if people reply to your campaigns/automation and look at the reply email – they will see a generic domain (however, you can set what email you want to show when people receive your emails)

Mailgun:
1) you need to sign up for Mailgun, make changes to your DNS records and add additional settings in Mailgun
2) pricing – 1000 emails a month are free (for additional 1000s, cost is just under a $1)
3) if people reply to your campaigns/automation and look at the reply email – they will see your subdomain (however, you can set what email you want to show when people receive your emails)
4) Any issues – Mailgun support
NOTE: Please make sure your company billing has been set up to use the Lead Connector Email Marketing. There is a cost of $10 for 10,000 email sends. Credits for email sending, AI Content, and Premium Triggers are not refundable.
