Can I Run Multiple Businesses With FEA Create?

It is definitely possible to run multiple businesses on FEA Create with a single account, but there are some things to consider.

Updated over a week ago

FEA Create offers flexibility to support multiple businesses within a single account, but there are some limitations to keep in mind. This article outlines what's possible and how to best organize your setup.

Key Areas for Managing Multiple Businesses

Websites & Funnels and Social Media & Email

These will be the primary sections where you’ll manage different businesses. Use them to build websites, set up funnels, and run email and social media marketing for each business.

Messaging and Social Media Limitations

Conversations

You can only connect one Facebook page and one Instagram account for direct messaging (DMs). This means your messaging capabilities are limited to one business at a time in the Conversations tab.

Social Media Accounts

You can connect multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts for scheduling posts. This makes it easy to publish content for different businesses, but note that only one set of accounts can be used for messaging.

Payments

You can only connect one Stripe account and one PayPal account per FEA Create account. These payment methods will be used across all your businesses, so consider this if you need separate financial records or payout schedules.

Email Services

You can connect either FEA Create’s built-in email service (LeadConnector) or an external provider like Mailgun, but only one email service can be used at a time. Mailgun does not support multiple sending domains.

You can add multiple dedicated email domains, but only one can be set as the default. The default will be used for all emails sent from workflows. Other connected domains can still be used for email campaigns and direct replies in conversations.

Domains

You can connect multiple custom domains to FEA Create. This allows you to build separate websites for each business, making it easier to keep branding distinct.

Organization Tools

Folders

Use folders in the Websites & Funnels section to group assets by business. This keeps everything organized and easy to manage.

Users

You can add different users and assign them to specific businesses. Their emails will be sent from the user email address, which helps keep communications aligned with the appropriate brand.

Tagging and Smart Lists

Use tags to categorize contacts by business. Then create Smart Lists to segment and manage subscribers. This keeps email campaigns targeted and organized.

Blog and Membership Area

FEA Create supports only one blog and one membership area per account. If you want to create memberships or courses for more than one business:

  • Use a neutral domain name like "Learn with FEA" or "Courses by [Your Name]."

  • Use categories to separate content by business.

Forms and Reviews

Forms

Forms can be created and used separately for each business.

Reputation Management

This feature is only available for one business per account. If you need review collection and display for multiple businesses, you’ll need separate accounts.

Workflows and Automations

You can build separate workflows for each business using business-specific tags, forms, and triggers. Be sure to clearly label each workflow to avoid confusion and make updates easier.

As noted earlier, only one dedicated email domain can be used as the default for workflows. All automated emails in workflows will use this domain. However, you can still use your other connected domains for email campaigns and responses in conversations.

Calendars and Appointments

FEA Create supports only one calendar system per account. If you offer bookings for more than one business, use naming conventions to distinguish them or consider creating a separate FEA Create account for more control and clarity.

Client Portal Branding

The client portal can only support one custom domain and one set of branding per account. If you want branded client portals for different businesses, you'll need separate FEA Create accounts.

When to Consider a Separate FEA Create Account

If you need:

  • Different Stripe or PayPal accounts

  • Separate direct messaging channels

  • Unique blog or membership areas for each business

  • Multiple branded client portals

  • Distinct calendar systems

...then it's best to create a new FEA Create account for each business.

Summary

You can run multiple businesses with FEA Create using folders, tags, multiple domains, and social media scheduling tools. Just keep in mind the limitations on payments, messaging, email services, and branding.

With a thoughtful setup and good organization, FEA Create gives you the tools to run multiple ventures smoothly and professionally — all from one place.
