We have loads of support available for you with FEA Create!

EMAIL SUPPORT

Just got a quick question that’s not urgent? Email us at [email protected]. The team is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm UK time. This is a great option for you if you have some general questions about the platform or want to understand where to find some info. Our response times are 24 hours during normal operating hours but can increase during holidays or events.

Questions about billing, refunds or cancellations? Email us at [email protected] and someone from our billing department can help you with your account, payments, or any other questions related to your subscription.

FACEBOOK GROUP

As our group continues to grow, we want to make sure that this is a safe space for you all to share your ideas, continue to get support, encourage and inspire one another.

Here are some tips for you all on how to make the most of this community:

  • Share your amazing wins and accomplishments! Feel free share links to the funnels and websites you are making in FEA Create (just know when you do we share them with the team and celebrate you all!)

  • Get help! Always feel free to ask questions to other users on how they’ve done things or gotten amazing results.

  • Bounce ideas off each other! Not sure about what you’re creating? Share links or ideas here in the group and get feedback from the community.

Help I'm Stuck Group Calls

Join our Help I'm Stuck Group Calls. They happen twice a week and the full schedule is updated here for you. On these tech support calls Natasha and Stephanie will be there to help you talk through any issue big or small. You can share you screen and we can hopefully solve the issue for you right then and there or at least help point you in the right direction.

Chat Support

Our chat support is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm UK time. If you need us to check your funnels, automations, website errors, login issues, email sending issues, or you are just not sure how something works, pop your question in and our team will help work through it with you.

If you need help beyond those hours, add your email to get notifications and we will respond as soon as we are back. Our average response time during operating hours is usually 10-15 minutes but can be higher due to an increase in requests.
