Creating a Smartlist:

To create a smartlist, you'll need to navigate to Contacts and select More Filters. From here, you can filter your contacts based on tags, purchases, or any other event. You can also exclude contacts from the list based on tags or other events.

Once you've applied the filters, you can save the list as a smartlist by selecting "Save as Smartlist" at the bottom of the page. Give the smartlist a name and click "Save" to save it to your account.

Managing a Smartlist:

Smartlists are automatically saved in your account, so you can easily access them anytime you want. You can edit, duplicate, or remove smartlists as per your requirement.

To manage a smartlist, navigate to "Manage Smartlists" and select the list you want to manage. From here, you can edit the information, duplicate it, or remove the smartlist.
