How Do I Send Sales or Promotional Emails?

Promotional emails are a chance for you to let your email list know about upcoming events or products you have available.

Sending sales or promotional emails is a powerful way to promote your products, services, or special offers to your email list.

With FEA Create, you can easily send an email to your contacts, whether you want to share a discount, invite people to an event, or promote a new product. You can also schedule the email for a later date or send it immediately.

Plus, FEA Create lets you track who opens your email and even resend it to those who didn’t open it the first time.

Step 1: Go to the Email Section

  1. In FEA Create, go to Social Media & Email.

  2. Click on Emails and Campaigns.

  3. Select New, then click Your Templates.

Step 2: Choose a Template

  1. Click on the Sales Emails SEND AS CAMPAIGNS folder.

  2. Choose a template, such as Email 1.

  3. You can now customise the email by editing the text, images, and links to promote your offer.

Step 3: Test and Review Your Email

  1. Click the three dots next to your email.

  2. Select Send Test Email to check how it looks in your inbox.

  3. Make any necessary adjustments.

Step 4: Choose Your Recipients

  1. Click the Send or Schedule option.

  2. Select whether you want to send the email immediately or schedule it for a future date.

  3. Choose your recipients by:

    • Selecting a smart list (predefined group of contacts)

    • Choosing contacts from your tags (e.g., newsletter subscribers)

Step 5: Track and Resend

  1. Before sending, you can turn on tracking email performance by viewing link clicks.

  2. You can resend the email to contacts who haven’t opened it. For example you could send a follow-up email one day later with a different subject line.

Tips for Effective Sales Emails:

  • Include a clear call to action (CTA).

  • Use attention-grabbing subject lines.

  • Personalise the email when possible.

  • Keep the content clear and concise.

Examples of Sales or Promotional Emails:

  • Event Invitation: Invite your list to a webinar, workshop, or free challenge.

  • Discount Offer: Share a limited-time discount on your digital products.

  • Service Promotion: Offer a link to apply for your 1:1 programs or book a discovery call.

  • Product Launch: Announce and promote a new product or service with a special introductory offer.
