FEA Create provides two main options for sending emails:

  • LeadConnector (FEA Create’s built-in email service)

  • Custom SMTP Providers (such as Mailgun or SendGrid)

LeadConnector is our default provider and recommended choice for ease of use and reliable email delivery. If you're struggling with emails landing in spam folders—especially for Outlook addresses—you may want to switch to LeadConnector for improved performance.

Improve Your Email Deliverability

1. Set Up a Dedicated Email Domain

Using a dedicated email domain helps improve the chances of your emails reaching inboxes instead of spam folders. You can set this up in your Email Services settings within FEA Create. If you need help, FEA Create support is available to help with this.
