In FEA Create, you can check your email statistics to see how well your emails have performed. This helps you understand how your audience is engaging with your emails and make improvements if needed.
How to View Email Statistics
Step 1: Access Your Email Statistics
Go to the Social Media & Email section in FEA Create.
Click on Emails & Campaigns to see a list of your sent emails.
Find the email you want to check and click the three dots next to it.
Select Statistics to see an overview of its performance.
Step 2: Review Basic Email Performance
Once the statistics page loads, you will see an overview with the following metrics:
Processed – The percentage of emails that have been handled by the system.
Accepted – The percentage of emails that have been successfully sent.
Skipped – The percentage of emails that were not sent (e.g., due to errors or suppression lists).
Failed – The percentage of emails that could not be delivered.
To see more detailed information, click Load More Statistics.
Step 3: Check Detailed Insights
At the top of the statistics page, you will see a chart displaying different actions taken by recipients.
Scrolling down further, you can drill down into:
The number of emails sent
How many emails were delivered
The open rate (how many people opened your email)
The click rate (how many people clicked on links in the email)
The number of replies
The number of unsubscribes
Reasons why some emails were skipped (e.g., incorrect email address)
Checking Workflow Email Statistics
If you want to check statistics for emails sent through a workflow:
Go to the Workflow Campaigns section.
Click the three dots next to the workflow email you want to review.
Select View Statistics – it will work the same way as regular email statistics.
Viewing Overall Email Performance
For a bigger picture of how your emails overall are performing:
Go to the Campaigns section.
Click on the Statistics tab.
Select your dates (by default it will show the current week)
Here, you will see:
Engagement summary
Open rates
Performance analysis
Your top-performing emails
