If your Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar isn’t connecting or syncing with FEA Create, there are a few common reasons and easy ways to fix it.
Common Reasons Your Calendar Isn’t Connecting or Syncing
1. Incorrect Account or Permissions
Your calendar might not connect if the wrong account was selected or permissions weren’t granted. Make sure:
You’re logged into the correct calendar account
You’ve allowed FEA Create to access your calendar
2. Connection Was Lost
Calendar connections can disconnect due to:
Password changes on your calendar account
Security updates requiring re-authentication
Expired session tokens
3. Syncing Delays or Conflicts
Even when connected, events might not appear immediately because:
Syncing can take a few minutes
Multiple devices may cause conflicts
Your calendar app has offline mode enabled
4. Browser or App Issues
Cached data or cookies can interfere with syncing
Using an unsupported browser or an outdated app version may cause errors
5. Account-Specific Settings
Google: If two-factor authentication is on, you may need an app password
Outlook: Verify your calendar is under the right account type (Exchange, Office 365, or Outlook.com)
iCloud: Make sure your device allows calendar access under Settings > Calendar
