How Do I Sync My Booking Calendar With My Google Calendar?

You can connect your FEA Create booking calendars to your central Google calendar

Updated over a month ago

FEA Create allows you to easily connect your Google Calendar to your account, so you can schedule and manage events with ease. Here are the steps to follow to connect your Google Calendar:

Step 1: Go to Your Profile Settings

Log into your FEA Create account and click on Settings, then go to My Profile.

Step 2: Add a Connected Calendar

Scroll down to the Calendar Settings section. Next to "Connected Calendars," click Add New.

You’ll see options to connect different types of calendars, including Google, Outlook, iCloud and Calendly. Click Connect next to Google Calendar.

Step 3: Sign In to Your Google Account

A pop-up will appear asking you to sign in. Follow the prompts to log into your Google account and allow access. Once that’s done, your calendar will be connected.

Step 4: Choose Which Calendar to Sync

Next, you'll see a section called Calendar Configuration. Click Edit next to "Linked Calendar."

Choose the Google Calendar where you want your FEA Create appointments to appear. Once someone books an appointment with you, it will automatically show up in this calendar.

Step 5: Set Conflict Calendars

Under Conflict Calendars, choose any calendars that show your availability. For example, if you’ve blocked out time in your Google Calendar for lunch or a personal event, that time will also be blocked out in your FEA Create calendar. This helps you avoid getting double-booked.

That’s It!

Once you’ve connected and set everything up, your FEA Create calendar will stay in sync with your Google Calendar. Bookings will show up automatically and your busy times will be respected. Brilliant!
