Log in to your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to "Calendars" and then select "Calendar Settings."

Within the Calendar Settings, click on "Create Calendar." You will now see the option to create a "Collective Booking Calendar."

Choose the "Collective Booking Calendar" option and provide a name for your calendar. You may also add a description to provide additional context if desired.

Now, select all the team members who need to be available for appointments booked through this collective calendar.

Specify the availability and duration for the appointments on this collective calendar. Ensure that all team members have their calendars open during these time slots.

If applicable, you can add a Zoom link or specify the meeting location for the appointments.

If you have Stripe connected to your FEA Create account, you can choose to accept payments for the bookings made through this collective calendar.

Once you've filled out all the necessary details, click "Save." Your collective booking calendar is now set up and ready to use.

After saving your calendar, you'll receive a unique link for your collective booking calendar. Share this link with your clients, and they can begin booking appointments that involve multiple team members.

Clients can now easily schedule appointments with all the required team members through the provided calendar link.
