How to Create Badges in FEA Create

Creating badges in FEA Create is a great way to keep your members engaged and motivated. They act as small rewards to celebrate milestones such as completing a section of a course or reaching a new level in a membership.

Here’s how to set them up:

Step 1: Go to Credentials

From your FEA Create dashboard, go to Create Your Offer, then click on Credentials. Then click Create on the right.

Step 2: Create Your Badge

Click Create Badge. You can start from scratch or choose one of the ready-made templates. Select the style you’d like to use and click Create.

Step 3: Customise Your Badge

You’ll now see different design options. You can:

  • Add headings, subheadings, or normal text

  • Insert icons, graphics, shapes, ribbons, and images

  • Personalise the badge with custom values, such as the member’s full name or first name

This makes each badge unique to the person receiving it.

Step 4: Save Your Badge

Once you’re happy with the design, click Save. You can send it directly to a customer or link it to a course.

Step 5: Attach a Badge to a Course

To connect a badge to a course:

  1. Go to Courses, then select Products

  2. Choose the course where you’d like the badge to appear

  3. At the section where you want the badge awarded, click the plus (+) icon in the section you'd like.

  4. Select Add Credential, then choose Custom then your badge.

  5. Pick your saved badge and click Apply

Step 6: Use Badges in Automations

Badges can also be awarded automatically using workflows. For example:

  • Trigger: Community group member leaderboard level changes

  • Action: Issue Certificate

This way, your members will receive badges as they progress, keeping them engaged and motivated.

And that’s it! You’ve now created a badge and set it up to reward your members for their achievements in FEA Create.
