Bringing your courses from Kajabi into FEA Create is easier than you might think! This guide will walk you through each step with clear instructions, so you can have your course content ready for your learners quickly and smoothly.
Accessing the Importer
Go to Create your Offer > Courses > Products.
Click Create Product.
Select Import.

Make sure the new learner profile you create in Kajabi has access to the courses you want to import.
Steps to Import Your Course from Kajabi
Step 1: Create a Learner Profile in Kajabi
On Kajabi, create a new learner profile.
Ensure this is a new contact and that the learner has access to the courses you want to import into FEA Create.
Return to the Course Importer in FEA Create and enter the email and password for the Kajabi learner profile.
Add the Kajabi learner domain (the website where the learner logs in).
Click Import.
Step 2: Importing Process
The importer will log in with the Kajabi learner credentials and start bringing in your courses into FEA Create.
Click Refresh to check the progress.
To stop the import, click Cancel.
You can switch tabs while importing, but do not close the tab or window.
All videos, images, and text content from published lessons will be imported. Quizzes, assignments, and assessments will not be included.
Please use these themes: Encore Site for the Library and Premier Product for Products.
Step 3: Successful Import
Imported courses from Kajabi will appear under the Products section in FEA Create.
The Import section will show the last updated date.
FAQs
Q: Why do I see an authentication error?
A: This happens when the Kajabi email, password, or domain you entered is incorrect. Double-check your credentials and try again.
Q: Why did my course import fail?
A: Possible reasons include:
Incorrect theme selection.
Wrong credentials.
Kajabi domain not compatible with the login path (for example, it should lead to "domainName/login").
If the import fails, click Retry to continue from where it stopped.
Cancelling the import will reset the process, so any new import will start from the beginning.
