How to Create and Issue Certificates in FEA Create

Certificates are a great way to encourage and reward your users for their achievements, and they can also serve as tangible proof of their course completion.

Step 1: Access Your FEA Create Dashboard

To get started, log in to your FEA Create account and access your dashboard. Once you're in, follow the steps below to create and issue certificates:

Step 2: Create the Certificate

  1. In your FEA Create dashboard, click on "Memberships" in the menu.

  2. Next, select "Certificates" from the available options.

  3. To create a new certificate, click the "New" button. You can start from scratch or use one of FEA Create's certificate templates for a professional look.

  4. If you choose to use a template, simply select the one you like and click "Confirm." These templates are customizable, allowing you to add your course name, images, badges, and even your signature.

  5. Once you've designed your certificate to your satisfaction, click "Save" to create it.

Step 3: Associate the Certificate with Your Course

Now that you've created your certificate, it's time to associate it with a specific course so that your users receive their certificates upon course completion.

  1. Return to your dashboard and navigate to your courses by clicking on "Products."

  2. Select the product (course) for which you want to issue a certificate.

  3. Inside the product settings, find the "Certificates" section.

  4. Click "Add Certificate" and choose the certificate template you want to issue for this course. Then, click "Save" to activate it.

Step 4: Automatic Issuance of Certificates

Here's how the certificate issuance process works:

  • When a user successfully completes all the lessons within your course, the system will automatically trigger the issuance of their certificate.

  • The user will receive an email containing their certificate. They can view, download, and print it.

Step 5: Managing Issued Certificates

You can keep track of the certificates that have been issued to users by following these steps:

  1. Return to the "Certificates" section in your FEA Create dashboard.

  2. Under "Issued Certificates," you will see a list of certificates that have been issued to users upon course completion.

  3. From here, you can preview, revoke, or review the issued certificates. This allows you to ensure the accuracy and integrity of your certificates.
