Celebrating your students’ success is such a powerful way to keep them motivated and inspired. Certificates not only reward their hard work but also give them something beautiful to showcase and share with others. Whether they print it out or post it online, it’s a meaningful reminder of what they’ve achieved with you.
Step 1: Create Your Certificate
Log in to your FEA Create dashboard and head to your Create Your Offer. From there, go to Credentials.
Click Create, then select Create Certificate. You can either:
Start from scratch: Give your certificate a name, then click Create
Use a template: Choose from one of FEA Create’s pre-designed certificate templates for a professional look
If you start from scratch, you can design your certificate by adding:
Text: Add headings, subheadings, or normal text
Elements: Shapes, ribbons, icons, and graphics
Frames: Pick from different styles
Custom Values: For example, use the Contact Name field so each certificate is personalised with the recipient’s name
Signature: Replace this with the instructor’s name
Images or Backgrounds: Upload a background image or select a colour, and choose portrait or landscape orientation
Once you’re happy with the design, click Save.
Step 2: Assign the Certificate to a Course
Now it’s time to connect your certificate to a course so it will be issued when students complete it.
Go back to your Courses > Products
Select the course you want to issue a certificate for
Open the Credentials section
Click Attach Certificate and select the certificate you created
Click Save
Step 3: Certificates Issued Automatically
When a student successfully completes all lessons in the course, the system will automatically issue the certificate. The student will receive an email with their certificate, which they can view, download, and print.
Step 4: Managing Certificates
You can view all certificates issued by returning to the Credentials section. From here, you can preview, review, or revoke certificates if needed.
Certificates are a simple yet powerful way to motivate your students, celebrate their progress, and give them a keepsake of their success.
