Here is how to troubleshoot any login email sending issues for your users with FEA Create!

FEA Create provides an automated system for sending login details to your customers when they sign up for your courses or memberships. However, there can be times when the login details aren't being sent properly, or you're experiencing issues with the login process. Here are the steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix login issues:

1. Check for conflicts in your automations and products: You want to make sure that your automations and login details are set up to send in one way or another, not both. The system allows you to set this up in multiple different ways. Make sure you're using one system or the other, not both, to avoid conflicts.

2. Connect your payment product to your membership offer: To ensure that your login details are being sent properly, make sure that your payment product is connected to the membership offer. This can be done in the Payments and Products section.

3. Set up your email settings: You can send a welcome email to your customers with their login details. You can either send the default welcome email, which the system creates for you, or customize your own template in the Marketing Email Templates section.

4. Use automations to send login details: If you want to send specific login details based on what your customers have purchased, create a workflow using the "Create Workflow, Start from Scratch" option in the Automation section. Make sure to set up triggers for offer access granted and membership new sign up.

5. Send a test email: When testing your workflow, keep in mind that any test email that you send for membership details will not show the actual email and password. It will just be blank.

6. Check contact details: If you're experiencing issues with the login details not showing properly in the email, it may be because the person has already signed up for another course of yours. You can check their contact details to see if they've already been sent login details in another email.

7. Reset passwords: If someone needs their password sent to them again, you can select "Change Password," generate a new password, and tick the "Also send an email notification" option to reset their password and send them new login details.
