How Can I Send An Email When Someone Signs Up To My Course Or Membership?

Create an onboarding email sequence when someone signs up to your course or membership.

If you want to send an onboarding automation to new students who have signed up for your course, FEA Create has an option for you. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Go to your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to Automations.

  2. Scroll down to find the Welcome Onboarding Purchase already preloaded into your account.

  3. Edit the automation and add a new trigger flow.

  4. Look for Offer Access Granted and add your filters of offer, selecting the course that you want to connect to the offer.

  5. Save the trigger.

  6. Edit the email content to include the login information and any other details you want to share with your new students.

  7. Add your email signature or name, and make sure to edit all emails before publishing and saving your changes.

  8. You also have the option to add a tag for the automation, such as "purchased."

Once you've completed these steps, the automation will automatically send to new students who have signed up for your course. Their login information will be sent automatically from the system, so long as that option is turned on in your membership settings.

By setting up an onboarding automation, you can ensure that your new students have all the information they need to get started with your course and have a positive experience from the beginning.
