In FEA Create, you have a sales pipeline that helps you manage your leads and sales process. You can customize the views and automate the pipeline using workflows. This ensures that opportunities are automatically created or updated based on customer actions.
Setting Up Automation in Workflows
Step 1: Access Automations
To begin automating your sales pipeline:
Navigate to Automation in FEA Create.
Click Create a New Workflow to start from scratch or select an existing workflow to modify.
Step 2: Add an Opportunity Action
Once you have set your trigger you can then begin to add an Action.
For example, if you have the trigger 'Customer booked an appointment' for your Discovery Call calendar:
Click the + icon to add an Action and select Opportunity: Create/Update Opportunity.
Select your sales pipeline in In Pipeline.
Choose the appropriate stage (e.g., Discovery Call).
Name the opportunity. You can:
Enter the lead value if applicable.
Set the status (Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned). In this case, set it to Open.
Click Save Action.
Step 3: Publish and Activate
Click Publish.
Click Save to activate the automation.
Now, whenever a customer takes an action with your business such as booking a call, an opportunity will automatically be created or updated in your sales pipeline, saving you time and keeping your sales process streamlined.
