What Pipelines Are
Pipelines in FEA Create are part of your CRM (Customer Relationship Manager). They help you see where your clients or leads are in your customer journey. For example, you might track when someone has had a discovery call, when you have sent their contract or invoice, when you are working with them, and when the work is complete.
Having this visual overview helps you understand how your clients move through your process.
What Opportunities Are
An opportunity is simply a card that represents a lead or client moving through your pipeline. Each opportunity holds the details of that person or business, such as their name, the stage they are in, who they are assigned to, and any notes or values you add.
You move opportunities along the pipeline as the client progresses, giving you a clear view of where they are in your process.
Where to Find Pipelines
To find your pipelines in FEA Create:
Go to Sales Pipeline in the main menu.
You will see your Opportunities section. This is where your pipelines live.
Creating or Customising Your Pipeline
You can create new pipelines or edit the one that is already there.
Click Pipeline at the top (or select an existing in the dropdown).
Give your pipeline a name.
Create the stages you want to track. For example:
Discovery Call
Contract Sent
Work in Progress
Review Requested
Complete
Feel free to customise the stages to match your business. Coaching, service-based businesses, and done-for-you providers often use this tool.
Adding Contacts to a Pipeline
When you have a new lead or client:
Click Add Opportunity.
Choose the pipeline and the stage you want to place them in.
Select an existing contact or create a new one.
You can also add extra details like lead value or assign the client to yourself or a team member.
Moving Clients Through Stages
As your client progresses through your journey:
Click and drag their card to move them to the next stage.
If a client completes the journey, drag them to Won.
If a lead does not progress, drag them to Lost.
This helps you understand where clients may be dropping off or where things are running smoothly.
Why Pipelines Are Helpful
Pipelines are ideal if you work with clients one-to-one or offer services. They allow you to:
See how many leads and clients you currently have
Understand how they are moving through your process
Identify where improvements can be made
You can also create multiple pipelines for different offers or services if needed.
