What Are Pipelines and Opportunities?

Pipelines are an amazing way for you to see exactly where your customers are in their customer journey.

FEA Create offers a great customer relationship management (CRM) tool called "pipelines". It allows you to keep track of how many clients you have in each stage of your customer journey process. In other words, you can easily see how many clients are in the discovery call area, how many are confirmed and paid, how many are in progress getting started, and how many have completed.

To create a pipeline, you can navigate to opportunities and pipelines in FEA Create. Once there, you can create a new pipeline and give it a name. You can also create stages, such as discovery call, invoice sent, and progress, and add as many stages as you like.

You can view your pipelines in a visible funnel chart or a pie chart. Once you've set up your pipeline, you can add contacts to it. If the contact already exists, you can simply type their name and their information will be populated. Otherwise, you can create a new contact. You can also add tags to your contacts, but be careful that the tags are not assigned to an automation.

When adding a contact to a pipeline, you can select the pipeline and stage, add a lead value, assign it to yourself, and add a source. You can see all of your contacts and where they are in the customer journey process. You can also move them between stages by dragging and dropping.

Pipelines are useful for one-to-one coaches, service-based businesses, social media marketing, health coaching, web design, and more. You can create multiple pipelines for different packages or services that you offer. It's an amazing way to organize and keep track of all of your one-to-one clients.
