Step 1: Access Proposals and Estimates

To get started, log in to your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to the "Payments" section. From there, select "Proposals and Estimates."

Step 2: Choose Between Estimates and Proposals

You have the option to create either an estimate or a proposal, depending on your needs.

  • Estimate: Use this for providing a projected cost or price for a specific service.

  • Images: Include images by adding an image element and selecting an image from your media library.

  • Tables: Utilize tables to create structured content. For instance, you can add an itemized list of charges and a total for your services.

  • Videos: Embed videos to enhance your document's interactivity and engagement.

  • Product Lists: If you have payment products set up, you can add a product list, select the item, specify the price, and add it to your document.

  • Signature Element: Use the signature element to collect legally binding eSignatures from your clients.

Step 4: Add Recipients

After customizing your document, it's time to specify the recipients. Click on the recipient icon and select the contact to whom you want to send the proposal or estimate. Always remember to click "Save" after making your selection.

Step 5: Send the Document

Once your document is ready, click "Send." An email will be sent to the recipient with a link to view the document.

Step 6: Recipient Interaction

The recipient can view the document and sign it electronically. They can add their signature either by typing it or by drawing it using a mouse or touchscreen.

Step 7: Document Status

As the sender, you can track the status of your proposals and estimates. You can see which ones are in draft, waiting for the recipient, finalized, or completed.
