Step 3: Allow Integration
After logging in, you'll be prompted to allow FEA Create to access your Zoom account. Select "Allow," and the integration will be added to your FEA Create account.
Step 4: Create a Calendar with Zoom Integration
Now that you have successfully connected your Zoom account to FEA Create, you can create a calendar with Zoom integration. Navigate to the "Calendars" section in your FEA Create account and select "New Calendar." Fill out the required information, such as the user, priority, availability, appointment title, and calendar URL. Select "Custom" under the Zoom option, and add your personal Zoom meeting ID.
When someone books an appointment with you, FEA Create will automatically create a unique Zoom meeting link for each appointment. You can customize the appointment title, add a description, and change the color of the appointment. Once you've completed all the necessary fields, click "Save and Continue" to move on to the confirmation page.
Step 5: Allow Calendar Auto-Confirmation and Google Calendar Invitation
In the confirmation page, ensure that you have checked the box that says "Let the calendar auto-confirm my appointment" and "Allow Google Calendar to send invitations." This will automatically add the calendar appointment to the person's Google Calendar and confirm the appointment.
Step 6: Add Additional Notes
Lastly, you can add additional notes for the person who has booked the appointment. This can include information such as rescheduling links, meeting location, and what to expect on the call. Once you've added all the information, select "Complete," and your calendar with Zoom integration is ready to use.
Integrating Zoom with FEA Create calendars is a straightforward process that requires a few simple steps. By connecting your Zoom business account to FEA Create, you can streamline your appointment scheduling process and provide a seamless experience for your clients.
