How Do I Set My User Availability For My Booking Calendar?

You can customize your availablity in your profile area for your booking calendars!

Setting your availability ensures people can book calls with you at times that actually work for you. It helps prevent double bookings and makes scheduling smooth for both you and your clients.

Step 1

Go to Settings, then My Profile.

Step 2

Scroll down to User Availability.

Step 3
Set your meeting location. This will be your default link, for example a Zoom link.

Step 4
Set your time zone so your availability matches your local time.

Step 5
Select the days you are available by ticking or unticking them. The calendar uses a 12-hour clock, so make sure to choose a.m. or p.m. correctly.

Step 6

Click Update Availability when everything is correct.

Step 7
Your booking calendars will now check this availability when showing your free times, for example for one-to-one calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Once your availability is set, you can go ahead and create booking calendars for different types of calls or meetings. This will ensure your clients can only book times that work for you and keep your schedule organised.
