How Do I Set My User Availability For My Booking Calendar?

You can customize your availablity in your profile area for your booking calendars!

Setting your profile availability for your calendars is an important step to ensure that your clients can book appointments with you at a convenient time. Here's how you can do it in FEA Create:

  1. Click on "Settings" and then "Profile"

  2. In the "User Availability" section, select your meeting location and add your Zoom link if you have one.

  3. Choose the days of the week you want to be available by clicking on the checkboxes next to the day names.

  4. Set your available hours for each day. By default, the availability goes from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM, which means you're available all day. You should adjust this to your normal working hours.

  5. If you want to apply the same availability settings to all days, click on "Apply all".

  6. Finally, click on "Update Availability" to save your changes.

By setting your profile availability, clients can easily book appointments with you during the times you're available, and you won't have to worry about scheduling conflicts. Make sure to keep your availability up-to-date to avoid any misunderstandings or missed appointments.

If you have set your hours but you are noticing issues with your booking calendar, make sure to check your profile availability for conflicts and confirm that your business and profile are set to the same timezone.
