How Do I Set My User Availability For My Booking Calendar?

Why use this

Setting your availability helps your booking calendars stay accurate. It prevents double bookings, keeps your schedule running smoothly and makes it easy for clients to choose the right time without any back and forth.

What do you need set up

Before you update your availability, make sure:
• Your Calendar (e.g Google, Outlook or iCloud) is connected if you want automatic conflict checks
• Your time zone is correct in your profile
• Your staff users are added if you manage availability for more than one person

How long it will take

This usually takes one or two minutes to set up.

Step 1: Open Your Availability Settings

Go to Settings in FEA Create.


Click Calendars, then select Availability.

Step 2: Choose the Staff Member

Click on the person whose schedule you want to edit. This can be you or a team member.

Step 3: Set Your Weekly Working Hours

Choose the days and times you are available each week.


For example, if you work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, you would add those hours here.


Check your time zone to make sure everything lines up correctly.

Step 4: Add Date Specific Hours

If your hours change on certain days, such as holidays or a special week, you can add those dates in the Date Specific Hours section.

Step 5: Apply Your Schedule to Calendars

You will see how many calendars are using your schedule.


Click this area to choose whether to apply your availability to all calendars or specific ones.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

Click Save Changes when everything is set the way you want it.

Custom Availability for a Single Calendar

Sometimes you need one calendar to have different hours. You can set a custom schedule just for that calendar.

Step 1: Open the Calendar

Go to Calendars in FEA Create.


Find the calendar you want to update and click the pen icon to edit it.

Step 2: Open the Availability Tab

Click Availability to see which staff member is assigned.

Step 3: Customise the Schedule

Click Edit, then choose Customize schedule for this calendar only.


You can now set unique hours for this calendar, such as offering calls only on Wednesdays between 2 and 4pm.

Step 4: Save

Click Save to confirm your custom hours.
