FEA Create is a platform that allows you to easily create and manage membership areas. In this guide, we will go over the steps you need to take to set up your membership area with FEA Create.
The first thing you need to do is create your membership area using products. To do this, navigate to "sites, memberships, and products." You can set up your membership in a couple of different ways.
If you want to have it where it looks like there are multiple bundles, create multiple products. For example, if you have a bundle for July, create a product for July. Upload all your content, including videos, PDFs, and replays, to this product. You can organize this content in modules with five or six lessons each.
Another option is to have a single product with all of your content organized inside of it. If you want to have the effect where when members log in they see multiple areas like what you see in the university, set it up using multiple products in your products.
Once you have your content uploaded, customize your membership area by clicking "customize" and selecting the layout that works best for you. You can choose from a few different options and customize colors and banners.
To create an offer, navigate to "memberships and offers" and select "create offer." Give it a title and select the first product that you would like to go into it. If you used multiple products, simply click "add product" and choose the products until they're all in there. Always make sure to select "published" as well and select "save."
To create your checkout system, come into "payments" and select "create new product." Give it a name, your product type, and set your price for your membership. Make sure you've selected recurring and set your billing period to monthly. Here, you can add a trial period, limit the subscription to a certain number of payments, and add a setup fee. Tick the "membership offer" box to connect it to the offer you created before. Once you've got all this filled out, select "create this product."
Set up your sales funnel template by filling out all your information on your sales page and checkout. On your checkout page, make sure you're clicked in the tab "products," and add your membership product and search for your price. Make sure it's set to your main product and click "save."
To set your login details, create a template in marketing by navigating to "marketing and templates." Create a new template and edit it by changing the name to "login store membership" and adding the login details. You can add the contact email and password under "membership contacts." Once you have this designed the way you like, select "save template." Lastly, come into "sites, memberships, settings, email settings" and select the template you created for your welcome email. We also recommend creating an onboarding sequence for when someone has signed up.
If you need to add people manually into your membership, you can do that in your contacts area. You can either import them or if you select the individual person, you can simply add them to the offer that you created for the membership.
