Step 1: Access Email Marketing Templates

  1. From your FEA Create dashboard, navigate to "Marketing."

  2. Hover over "Emails" and select "Templates."

Step 2: Utilize Provided Swipe Copy

  1. In the "Lead Gen Funnel Templates, Use, and Automations" folder, locate the three templates for your welcome sequence: Email 1, Email 2, and Email 3.

  2. These emails are strategically designed for immediate, follow-up, and subsequent engagement, respectively.

Step 3: Clone and Personalize Each Email

  1. Begin with Email 1. Click the three dots and select "Clone."

  2. Name the email, aligning it with your funnel and form names.

  3. Customize the email content using the provided swipe copy. Tailor it according to your business and the specifics of your offer.

  4. Save the template.

Step 4: Repeat for Email 2 and Email 3

  1. Clone Email 2 and Email 3, ensuring each is appropriately named.

  3. Save the templates after customization.

  • Customize: Replace placeholder text with your specifics, including the link to the freebie in your media library.

Email 2: Getting to Know You

  • Focus: Building a personal connection.

  • Suggested Content: Share fun facts about yourself, encourage a reply to the email, and maintain a friendly tone.

  • Customize: Personalize content, keeping it engaging and interactive.

Email 3: Invitation to Something Special

  • Focus: Inviting subscribers to take a specific action.

  • Suggested Content: Address a common struggle, introduce a course or offer, and provide a call-to-action (e.g., booking a call, exploring products).

  • Customize: Insert details of your specific offer or invitation.

Step 7: Save and Link Freebies

  1. Ensure you save each template after customization.

  2. In each email with a freebie link, insert the link obtained from your media library.

  3. Save changes.

  • Click on "Automations" to enter the workflow section.

Step 9: Duplicate the Lead Gen Funnel Workflow

  • Look for the pre-set workflow named "Lead Gen Funnel."

  • Click on the three dots on the right and select "Duplicate Workflow."

Step 10: Name Your Workflow

  • Name the workflow identically to your form, opt-in page, and related components.

  • Click "Create."

Step 11: Edit the Workflow

  • After duplication, refresh the page if needed.

  • Click on the workflow's name to enter the workflow editor.

Step 12: Edit the Trigger

  • The trigger starts the workflow; for this, it's the form submission.

  • Click on the trigger, select the appropriate form from the filters.
