How Can I Create An Email Template in FEA Create?

With email templates you can save time with some of the more common emails that you send frequently.

Updated this week

Email templates can be a time-saving tool when sending repetitive emails to your clients or customers. If you have similar inquiries, such as clients wanting to work with you, you can create templates to streamline your response process.

Step 1: Navigate to the Email Templates Section

To create an email template, go to Social Media and Email > Emails > Templates. You will see your existing templates from FEA Create here.

Step 2 (Optional): Clone an Existing Template

You can use one of the templates by clicking into a folder, selecting the three-dot menu, and clicking Clone.

Alternatively, if you want to create a new template from scratch, click New > Blank Template.

Step 3: Choose a Template Type

You will have different options for designing your template:

  • Design Editor – A user-friendly drag-and-drop editor.

  • Code Editor – For those familiar with HTML.

  • Plain Text Template – A simple text-based email.

Step 4: Customize Your Email

Using the Design Editor, you can drag and drop elements such as:

  • Images

  • Text blocks

  • Videos

  • Buttons

  • Countdown timers

  • Different layouts (text & image, multiple columns, etc.)

To further customize your template, click Appearance to change the background, button styles, and color theme. You can also add social media links.

Step 5: Configure Email Settings

Once you’re happy with the design, click the three-dot menu and go to Settings.

Here, you can customize:

  • From Name – The sender's name.

  • From Email – The email address the message will be sent from.

  • Subject – The email subject line.

  • Preview Text – The snippet shown in some email providers before opening the email.

Step 6: Save Your Template

After making all the necessary changes, click Save Template to store it for future use.
