Why should I do this?
Unpublishing a website or funnel can be useful for several reasons:
You want to make updates or redesign your website without confusing visitors.
You need to pause a sales funnel while adjusting your offer or pricing.
You’re testing changes and don’t want users to see incomplete content.
You need to temporarily remove a live domain for troubleshooting or maintenance.
What do I need to know before doing this?
Unpublishing will immediately take the website or funnel offline on the live domain.
Any links shared with clients or customers will no longer work until you republish.
Your content will remain in FEA Create, so you can republish at any time.
If you have any integrations, such as email or payment links, consider if they will be affected.
How long will it take?
Unpublishing a website or funnel will take 1 minute - it's that easy.
Steps to Unpublish a Website or Funnel
Step 1: Head into FEA Create and open up your Website or Funnel in Websites & Funnels.
Step 2: Open your Website or Funnel and click Settings.
Step 3: In the Domain section, select Remove to disconnect the live domain.
Step 4: Scroll down and click Save.
How do I test this?
After unpublishing:
Try accessing your website or funnel via the domain. You should see that it is no longer live.
Ensure any email links or ads pointing to the site no longer direct visitors to a live page.
You can republish at any time once you are ready for it to go live again.
