If you want to upload several blog posts at once, FEA Create makes it super easy using a CSV file. This is perfect if you like to plan your content ahead of time or want to stay consistent with your posting schedule. You can create all your posts in one go, then set them to publish automatically on the dates you choose.
Step 1: Go to Your Blog
Go to Websites & Funnels, then click Blogs. Select the blog site where you want to add your posts.
Step 2: Choose the Import Option
Click the New Post dropdown, then select Import Blog Posts from CSV.
Step 3: Download the Sample CSV File
At the top of the page, you’ll see a link to download a sample CSV file. Right-click the file name and choose Save As, then open it in Google Sheets or Excel
Step 4: Add Your Blog Details
The CSV file has several columns where you’ll add your blog post information. Here’s what each one means:
URL Slug: The end of your blog link, for example
yourwebsite.com/blog/my-post-title.Published Date: The date you want the post to go live.
Scheduled Date: The date you want it to be automatically published. Leave blank to keep it as a draft.
Title: The title of your post.
Meta Description: A short description that shows when you share your post link.
Meta Image: The image that appears when your post is shared.
Meta Alt Text: A description of the image for accessibility and SEO.
Author: The name of the post author.
Category: The category your post belongs to.
Tags: Tags for your post.
Content: The main blog post content. You can use HTML formatting here if you want.
You can upload up to 60 blog posts in one CSV file.
Step 5: Upload the CSV File
Once your file is ready, go back to the import page. You can either click Upload File or drag and drop your CSV into the upload area.
Step 6: Preview and Check Your Posts
After uploading, preview your posts to make sure everything looks correct. Click the pen icon to edit a post, or use the phone icon to see what it looks like on mobile. Any errors will appear at the bottom, such as dates in the past.
Step 7: Import Your Posts
When you’re happy with everything, click Import. A pop-up will tell you how many posts will be published and how many will be saved as drafts. Click Import again to finish.
Your blog posts will now be added to your blog, ready to go live on the dates you set.
