Step 1: Create a New Blog Post

To create your blog post:

  • Navigate to the Blogs section.

  • Click New Post.

  • Enter the title of your blog post.

  • Add a cover image (recommended size: 600 x 400 pixels) to make sure it fits nicely.

  • Add alt text to describe the image for visually impaired users.

  • Write a short description summarizing what your blog post is about.

  • Click Create Post.

Step 2: Edit Your Blog Post

Once your post is created, it will open in an editor similar to a Word document. Here, you can:

  • Add a title and write your content using paragraphs.

  • Insert a table of contents for easy navigation.

  • Embed videos and audio, which is great for podcasts.

  • Add images to enhance your post.

  • Format text using headings, bold, italic, lists, quotes, and links.

  • Preview, save, or continue editing as needed.

Step 3: Publish or Schedule Your Blog Post

Once you’ve completed your post, you can publish it immediately or schedule it for later. In this step, you’ll:

  • Set the URL slug (e.g., /post/example).

  • Add categories to organize your blog (e.g., Sales, Tech, Business).

  • Add keywords to help users find your post through search.

  • Select the author of the post.

  • Choose to save as a draft, publish now, or schedule for a later date.

  • Click Publish or Save as Draft based on your preference.

Step 4: Manage Your Blog

After publishing, you can manage your blog posts through the Blog Dashboard. Here, you can:

  • Edit, duplicate, update SEO settings, archive, or delete posts.

  • Add and edit authors, including their images and social media links.

  • Manage categories to keep your blog organized.

By following these simple steps, you’ll have your blog up and running in no time. Happy blogging!
