Smart lists are a great way to keep your subscribers organized and make it easy to segment and manage contacts. If you’re working with a team, sharing these lists can save time, keep everyone on the same page, and make collaboration much smoother.
By default, smart lists are only visible to the user who created them, but you can quickly adjust this setting to share them with your team.
Step 1: Go to Manage Smart Lists
In your FEA Create dashboard, click on Subscribers and then Manage Smart Lists.
Step 2: Choose the Smart List to Share
Find the list you want to make visible to others. Click the Share icon next to it.
Step 3: Select Who Can See It
You can choose to share the smart list with all users or just specific users in your team. Once you've made your selection, click Save.
Your smart list will now be visible according to your chosen settings, making it easier for your team to work together and stay organised.
