Why Use This?
Offering coupon codes in your booking calendar is a smart way to encourage more bookings and reward loyal clients. It works well for special promotions, seasonal discounts, or loyalty rewards, making it easier for people to choose and book your services. Coupons give your clients a little extra incentive while helping you boost engagement and sales.
What Do You Need Set Up?
Before you get started, make sure you have the following ready:
Create your booking calendar – This is where clients will select their appointment times.
Connect your Stripe – So you can accept payments and apply discounts.
Step 1: Create Your Coupon Code
Go to Payments, then select Coupons.
Click Create Coupon.
Fill in the details for your coupon as you normally would and make a note of the code you create.
Step 2: Enable Coupons in Your Booking Calendar
Go to your Booking Calendar.
Find the calendar you want to update and click Edit Calendar.
Open the Forms and Payment tab.
Make sure Payments are turned on.
Switch on the Enable Coupon Codes toggle.
Click Save.
Step 3: Test Your Coupon Code
Go back to the calendar list and click Share Calendar.
Copy the link and open it in a new window.
Select a time slot and fill in your details.
Enter the coupon code you created, then click Apply.
You should see the discount applied. Finish booking your session to confirm everything works.
