A live webinar funnel lets you host a real-time session on a set date and time. You can connect with your audience live, answer questions as they come in, and create an interactive experience as the event unfolds.
Here’s how to set up your live webinar in FEA Create:
Step 1: Go to the Webinars section
Click on Websites & Funnels in the main menu, then head to the Webinars tab. Click the + New Webinar Funnel button.
Step 2: Choose Live Webinar
Select Live Webinar, then click Continue.
Step 3: Add your webinar details
Give your webinar a name so you can easily find it later. You can also set the time zone, date, and start time here if you'd like.
Step 4: Pick your registration form
Choose which form you'd like people to fill out to register for your webinar.
Step 5: Add your Zoom link
Paste in your live Zoom link. This is the link your guests will click on to join your webinar, so double check it’s correct.
Step 6: Choose your page templates
Pick a pre-made template for your registration and confirmation pages, or choose a blank one if you’d rather start from scratch.
Step 7: Customise your pages
Click Edit to open the page builder. Here you can update the text, colours, images and layout to match your brand.
The Registration Page collects guest details.
The Confirmation Page gives attendees all the info they need, like the webinar time and link.
The Webinar Broadcast is created automatically and will be used to display the content during your live event.
Step 8: Add extra pages (optional)
You can add more pages to your funnel if you'd like to include extra information or resources.
Add media like videos, slideshows or images to keep your audience interested and involved.
Step 9: Save and publish
When you're happy with everything, click Save and Publish. Don’t forget to choose the domain where your webinar funnel will be available.
You're all set! Your live webinar is now ready to go, and you'll be able to connect with your audience in real time and share your message with impact.
