How to Create a Live Webinar Funnel
How to Create a Live Webinar Funnel

A live webinar funnel enables you to host real-time sessions on scheduled dates and times, providing an interactive platform for you to engage with attendees as the event unfolds.

Updated over 2 months ago

Live webinars require both the host and attendees to participate simultaneously, creating an environment for real-time discussions, Q&A sessions, and feedback.

To create a Live Webinar, navigate to the Webinars tab within Websites & Funnels, then click the New Webinar Funnel option.

Select the Live Webinar option, then click continue.

You will then be prompted to provide a name for your webinar in the Webinar Details step. Optionally, you may also set the timezone and date and time for the webinar here.

Next, select the form to be used for the webinar registration of your guests, then proceed to the next step.

Add your live Zoom link within this section to share the link with attendees. This link serves as the access point for your attendees to join the webinar at the scheduled time. Ensure that the link is accurate and properly formatted to avoid any issues with access.

Select from pre-built templates for the registration and confirmation pages to provide a seamless experience for your attendees, or choose a blank template for custom design.

Click the edit button to customize the content, design, and layout using the builder, ensuring it aligns with your brand's look and feel.

The Webinar Registration Page captures attendee details, manages registrations, and integrates with your contacts for future engagement while the Webinar Confirmation Page confirms registration and provides essential details, such as links, times, and next steps. The Webinar Broadcast Room is automatically configured allowing users to access content based on the selected webinar type.

Add new pages as needed to further enhance the webinar experience or provide additional information.

Add engaging elements such as videos, slideshows, and other media to your webinar funnel to enhance the attendee experience and increase engagement.

Once you are satisfied with the configurations, save and publish your webinar. Be sure to select a domain where your webinar will be available for live viewing!

By following these steps to create and customize your webinar, you can engage your audience in real time, deliver valuable content, and foster meaningful interactions. Once your webinar is set up and live, you’ll be ready to connect with your audience and create lasting impressions.
