An on-demand webinar is a brilliant way to share your content without having to show up live. Your audience can sign up and watch at a time that suits them. This is perfect if you want to reach people across different time zones or give them the option to rewatch whenever they need.
Below is a simple guide to help you create an on-demand webinar in FEA Create.
Step 1: Create a New Webinar Funnel
Go to Websites & Funnels and select the Webinars tab.
Click on New Webinar Funnel to get started.
Step 2: Choose Your Webinar Type
Select the On-Demand Webinar option, then click Continue.
Step 3: Name Your Webinar
In the Webinar Details step, give your webinar a name. This will help you keep track of it later.
Step 4: Set Up the Registration Form
Choose the form you would like people to fill out when they register for your webinar. Once you have selected the form, click to move on to the next step.
Step 5: Add Your Webinar Recording
Choose your pre-recorded webinar video from the Media Library. If you haven’t uploaded it yet, you can do that here.
Step 6: Choose Your Pages
Select templates for your Registration Page and Confirmation Page. You can pick from ready-made templates to make things easy, or choose a blank one if you prefer to design from scratch.
Step 7: Edit Your Pages
Click Edit on your pages to open the builder. Here you can tweak the wording, colours and layout to make sure everything looks and feels just right for your brand.
Registration Page: This is where people sign up to access your webinar. It will also capture their details for your contacts.
Confirmation Page: This lets people know their registration is complete and gives them any important details, like links and what to expect next.
Your Webinar Broadcast will be automatically set up based on the webinar type you’ve chosen. This is where people will go to watch your webinar.
Step 8: Add Extra Pages (Optional)
You can add extra pages if you want to share more information, resources or bonuses with your attendees.
Enhance the experience by adding engaging elements like videos, slideshows or downloads to keep people interested.
Step 9: Save and Publish
Once you’re happy with everything, click Save and Publish.
Make sure you select the domain where you want your webinar to be available for people to access.
That’s it — your on-demand webinar is ready to go!
