With FEA Create, you have a media library where you can store images, pdfs, and even audio files.

Updated over a week ago

FEA Create provides a full media library that allows you to store images, PDFs, and any other media you would like to use for your website funnels. In this article, we'll show you how to use the media library in FEA Create.

Accessing the Media Library

To access the media library, go to "Settings" and scroll down to "Media." Clicking on "Media" will open up your media library.

Uploading and Organizing Media

Once you're in the media library, you have a variety of options for uploading and organizing your media. You can upload images individually and leave them in the main media library, or you can create folders to organize your media.

To create a new folder, click on the "New Folder" button, give the folder a name (e.g., "Website Images"), and then click "Save." You can then move your images into this folder to help keep your media library organized.

Uploading PDFs

To upload a PDF, navigate to the folder where you would like to add the PDF, and click on the "Upload File" button. Select the PDF you would like to upload and then click "Open." The PDF will then be added to the media library.

Sharing Images and PDFs

To share an image or PDF from your media library, click on the item you would like to share, and then click on the "Link" button. This will copy a shareable link to your clipboard, which you can then share with others.

Using the Media Library for Video Hosting

While the media library is great for storing images and PDFs, it's not recommended for hosting videos. For hosting videos, it's recommended that you use individual course areas for each video or a third-party video hosting service like Vimeo or YouTube. Using a third-party hosting service will help ensure that your pages load quickly and won't be slowed down by large video files.

Here are the max upload sizes by file type:

  • Videos - 4GB

  • Documents - 100MB

  • Audio - 100MB

  • Images - 100MB

We do not recommend uploading large quantities of files at once as it can cause problems with your storage area.

For your course and membership files such as videos and pdfs, you can upload those directly to your membership product area.

FAQ

What if I don’t want to use YouTube or Vimeo for my videos?

For your videos, you can host them in your media library but you will need to compress them. If they are large videos you could create a free product in the course area and host them there no problem.
