How Do I Upload Images, Videos, PDF's For My Website and Funnels To The Media Library?

With FEA Create, you have a media library where you can store images, pdfs, and even audio files.

Updated this week

FEA Create provides a media storage area where you can upload and organize your files, such as images, PDFs, audio, and videos. This makes it easy to keep everything in one place and access your files whenever you need them.

Step 1: Access Media Storage

Log in to your FEA Create account and scroll down to Media Storage. This is where you can upload, organize, and manage your files.

Step 2: Upload a File

On the right-hand side, click Upload. You can upload different types of files including PDFs, images, audio, and videos. Once the file is uploaded, you’ll see it appear in your media storage.

Step 3: Get a Shareable Link

After uploading, hover over the file, click the three dots, and select Get Link. You can use this link in emails, share it with others, or add it to your website.

Step 4: Create Folders

To stay organized, you can create folders in your media storage:

  • Click the folder icon in the top-right corner

  • Give your folder a name (for example, “Website Images”)

  • Click save

You can then move files into these folders or rename them by selecting the file and choosing Move to Folder or Rename.

Step 5: Use Files in FEA Create

With your uploaded files, you can:

  • Add images or PDFs to your websites and funnels

  • Share documents with clients or your audience

  • Include links to files in your emails

  • Organize course and membership content

File Size Limits

Here are the maximum upload sizes by file type:

  • Videos – 4GB

  • Documents – 100MB

  • Audio – 100MB

  • Images – 100MB

We recommend avoiding large bulk uploads, as this may slow down your storage area.

Hosting Videos

In FEA Create, you can upload videos directly to your media library or the Courses area, depending on how you plan to use them.

For course or membership videos, it’s best to upload them straight into the Courses section. This ensures smooth playback for your students and helps protect your content from being shared publicly.

If you want to use videos on your website or funnels, you can upload them to the media library and then embed or link them wherever needed. Keep in mind that very large video files can affect loading speed, so it’s a good idea to compress them before uploading.

You don’t need to use YouTube or Vimeo unless you prefer to. FEA Create fully supports video hosting within the platform.

The media library in FEA Create is designed to make file management simple and flexible. You can organise your documents, images, audio, and videos into folders and create shareable links for easy access. Whether you’re adding videos to your website, sharing resources, or managing course content, the media library helps you stay organised and efficient.
