A replay page allows participants to access the recorded workshop session after it has taken place. With FEA Create, you can easily add a dedicated replay page to your workshop funnel and provide a seamless experience for your audience.
To create a replay page for your workshop in FEA Create, follow these steps:
Access your FEA Create dashboard and navigate to the workshop funnel you have previously set up. This is the funnel that includes the opt-in page and thank you page for your workshop.
Click on the green "Add New Step" button within your workshop funnel. Enter a name for the new step, such as "Replay," and set the path as "Replay." Click on "Create Funnel Step" to create the new page in your funnel.
Select whether you want to create the replay page from scratch or use an existing page. If you choose to use an existing page, select the appropriate page from your workshop funnel to import its content into the replay page.
It's recommended to edit the pages in a new tab to keep your changes separate from the original pages. Ensure you have the replay page open in a new tab before proceeding.
Remove any existing elements or images on the replay page. You can delete or replace the placeholder image with a video element.
Add a video element to the replay page. If your video is hosted on YouTube, select the YouTube link option. You can also choose Video or Wistia if your video is hosted on those platforms. If you have a custom embed code, use the Custom Embed option. Alternatively, you can upload the video directly to FEA Create's media library by selecting the Hosted Video option and choosing the video file.
Set the thumbnail image for your video. Select a thumbnail image that represents the content of the workshop. This thumbnail will be displayed before the video plays.
Edit the text area on the replay page to provide information about the workshop and instructions for accessing the replay. Customize the text to include details such as the workshop name, a brief description, and a call-to-action message if desired.
If you have a specific call-to-action, such as inviting participants to join your FEA Create program, you can add a button element and link it to the appropriate page, such as your sales page.
Customize the design of the replay page by rearranging elements and adjusting their alignment and styling options to achieve the desired look and feel.
Connect your custom domain in the settings if you haven't done so already. This will allow you to have a dedicated domain for your replay page and simplify the URL.
Once your domain is connected, the link to your replay page will be automatically generated. You can find the link in the settings section under your selected domain. This link can be used in your email communications to direct participants to the replay page.
