How Do You Set Your Email Reply To Settings?

Within FEA Create, you can set the reply to email for all of our outgoing communications to make it easy for your users to reply to your emails and also set it so that you get a copy of their responses directly in your inbox.

Step 1. Access Your FEA Create Dashboard:

Log in to your FEA Create account and navigate to the dashboard.

Step 2. Navigate to Settings:

In the dashboard, go to the "Settings" section.

Step 3. Access Email Services:

Within the "Settings," find and access the "Email Services" option.

Step 4. Select Reply and Forward Settings:

Inside "Email Services," locate and select "Reply and Forward Settings."

Step 5. Set Forwarding Address:

In the "Forwarding Address" section, specify the email address where you want replies to be directed. This is essential for maintaining a record in the conversations tab.

If you also want a copy of the reply sent to your personal inbox, add your forwarding address, and click "Save."

Step 6. Set Reply-To Address:

In the "Replied To Address" section, set the email address that you want to be displayed when recipients reply to your emails. This is typically a general email address like [email protected].

After entering the reply-to address, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 7. Verify Your Settings:

Confirm that your settings are saved. You're all set!

Your reply-to email is now configured, ensuring that when users respond to your emails, their messages will be directed to the designated inbox. This simple setup enhances communication and organization within your FEA Create environment.
