To enable a chat widget on your FEA Create website, navigate to the Sites section and then to Chat Widget. Make sure the chat widget is turned on by toggling it to blue.
Afterward, you can customize the chat widget according to your preferences. You can change the intro message, image, and even the content that's being asked. You can also change the colors to match your branding, and remove the FEA Create branding.
If you want to enable the chat widget on a separate website, follow the instructions provided. Otherwise, to add the chat widget to your website or funnel, navigate to the website or funnel, click on Settings, and toggle the chat widget on or off.
Note that if the chat widget does not show up after configuration, give it a minute or two to appear. All the responses to the chat widget will be saved in the Conversations tab.
