FEA Create provides tools to help entrepreneurs manage and run their businesses effectively. One of the essential tasks when running a business is checking your conversations and form responses daily. In this article, we'll go over how to do this in FEA Create.
Conversations and messages
To get started, log in to your FEA Create account and navigate to the Message tab.
This is where all your messages sit. Your emails, direct messages from social media, voicemails etc in one place.
You can decide whether or not to respond to each message, archive it, mark it as read, or delete it. Archiving or deleting a message will automatically update your social media channels.
To respond directly to a message, you can type the response in the box at the bottom.
Form responses
Next, you can check your form responses by navigating to the Websites & Funnels > Forms > Submissions.
In the dropdown, select which form you would like to check or click 'All Forms'.
Here, you can see all of the submissions to your contact page forms or any other forms you've created. You can respond to these submissions directly in FEA Create.
