FEA Create's website builder is a user-friendly tool for building websites with ease. However, you may sometimes encounter issues when using the website builder, such as not being able to upload things or make edits. In this article, we'll go over some common troubleshooting steps to help you resolve these issues.

  1. Refresh the Page: If you're ever having issues with the website builder or you're not able to upload things, the first thing you should try is to refresh the page. It could be that the page didn't load properly, and that's why you're not able to upload things or make edits.

  2. Clear Your Browser Cache or Use Incognito Mode: If refreshing the page doesn't help, the next step is to clear your cache in your browser or try opening FEA Create in an incognito mode. This will help you determine whether the issue is with FEA Create or your browser. If it's still not working after clearing your cache or using incognito mode, there may be an issue with your computer. Try using a different browser, a different internet connection, or a different computer to see if that works for you.

  3. Edit Pages in a New Tab: When editing pages in the website builder, always make sure to click "edit in a new tab." This will open up the editor in a new tab for you. Never edit pages in the same tab because it will slow down your browser and overload your computer. Editing pages individually in new tabs will make the process smoother and faster.

If you're still experiencing issues with the website builder even after trying the previous troubleshooting steps, it could be due to a conflicting Chrome extension. In some cases, certain extensions can interfere with the website builder's functionality.

To check if this is the case, try disabling all of your Chrome extensions and see if the website builder works properly. To do this, click the three dots in the top right corner of your Chrome browser and select "More tools" > "Extensions". From there, you can disable all of your extensions by clicking the toggle switch next to each one.

If disabling all of your extensions fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling them one by one to identify which extension is causing the conflict. Once you've identified the problematic extension, you can either remove it or try to find a solution to make it work alongside the website builder.
