How Do I Find My Website Contact Form Submissions?

All of your submissions are always stored in your account but you can also set up an automation to have them delivered to your inbox.

Updated over a week ago

If you have a contact form on your website and want to receive notifications when someone submits it, you can set up an automation in your marketing platform to do just that. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Automation.

  2. If you don't have a Contact Form Submissions automation already set up, create a new workflow.

  3. Set up your trigger so that it selects the form you want to receive notifications for.

  4. Add an internal notification as your action, and set the type of notification to email.

  5. Choose the recipient for the email and set your email address as the sender.

  6. Add a subject line for the email.

  7. In the body of the email, add custom fields for the contact's name, email, subject, and message.

  8. Save the action, publish the automation, and save your changes.

Once you've set up this automation, you'll receive an email notification whenever someone submits the contact form on your website. This can be helpful for staying on top of new inquiries and responding to them in a timely manner.
