How Do I Find My Website Contact Form Submissions?

All of your submissions are always stored in your account but you can also set up an automation to have them delivered to your inbox.

Knowing where to find your website contact form submissions is so helpful, especially when you're keeping track of new enquiries and making sure no message slips through the cracks.

In FEA Create you can check your submissions inside your account or have them delivered straight to your inbox, which makes everything feel simpler and more organised.

Step 1: Go to Your Form Submissions

Head to Websites & Funnels then select Forms > Submissions.

Here you can:

  • Manually check who has submitted your form

  • Choose a date range

  • Filter by a specific form

  • Use the search bar if you have lots of submissions

Step 2: Open Your Form in the Builder

Go to Forms then click Builder

Select the form you want to receive notifications for and open it.

Step 3: Turn On Email Notifications

Look to the top left of the screen and click the bell icon.

Switch on Email Notification.

You can edit:

  • The subject line

  • The email address the notification is sent to

This does not need to be your business email. You can use a personal email if you prefer to check that more often.

Save your changes.

Once this is turned on, you will receive an email every time someone submits your form.
